Donno, only because I've only ever seen people taking and modding content, never seen anyone make anything with it. I know it can be done because there appears to be a version you have to pay for that gives you the content creation (as opposed to morphing) tools and someone has got to be making the models that other people are using. I'm not (yet) convinced the program is magically creating them

Imperfection and works in progress are great. Shows you're human and you don't just magically produce awesome stuff

(and I am reminded of a discussion in a 3d forum where someone was srongly advocating the use of Poser because there's no way a human would be able to model anything as good as the Poser models... XD)
